ATF Agent Amanda Johnson Submitted An Affidavit Regarding The IED Thrown At The Federal Courthouse In Portland Last Week

If convicted, he faces a five year minimum and up to 20 years behind bars.

Nationalist Review has been covering the mysterious blast that occurred at the federal courthouse in Portland during the riots that took place last week. First, we published the video of the explosion which we found particularly powerful and uncharacteristic of the typical fireworks being used. Then, with the help of internet sleuths, we published images of the alleged suspect.

The other day, we updated that story with the name of the individual responsible with comments from his sister and grandmother. Today, we bring you the affidavit that has been submitted requesting that Gabriel Sebastian Agard-Berryhill (aka Gabriel Sebastian Eckert) be arrested. You can read the entirety of said affidavit in the embedded PDF below.

“Based on the foregoing, I have probable cause to believe that Gabriel E. AGARDBERRYHILL attempted to maliciously damage the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse, a building wholly owned and used by the United States, by means of fire caused through the use of an incendiary object or an object with energetic material, in violation of 18 U.S.C § 844(f)(1). I therefore request that the Court issue a criminal complaint and arrest warrant charging AGARDBERRYHILL with that offense.”
