Position Summaries:

Jury duty is a sacred responsibility and jurors should be confident that their identities are protected.
Most liberals seem very interested in revealing the identities of jurors with some Black Lives Matter members making overt threats against them.

A producer with MSNBC admitted to tailing the sealed bus used to privately and securely transport jurors to and from the Kenosha Courthouse so that their identities would be protected as they deliberate over the Kyle Rittenhouse case. In response, Judge Bruce Shroeder, who described the incident as a very serious matter, has banned MSNBC from covering the remainder of the trial.

NBC has issued the following statement:

“Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them. We regret the incident and will fully cooperate with the authorities on any investigation,”
