VIDEO RESURFACES: Watch Joe Scarborough joke about having affair and killing intern

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough probably won’t be laughing at his old jokes about sleeping with and then killing his intern.

President Trump and Joe Scarborough have long been embroiled in a feud but things were taken to another level after the president tweeted that Scarborough should be investigated.

“Concast should open up a long overdue Florida Cold Case against Psycho Joe Scarborough,” the president tweeted earlier this month. Now, unearthed footage from an old interview between Scarborough and Don Imus—first reported by The Gateway Pundit—has Scarborough himself joking about the incident that left Lori Klausutis, a 28-year-old congressional aide, dead.

“That’s pretty risky to say,” Imus responded.

“What are you gonna do?” Scarborough continued to joke.

Scarborough was a congressional representative in Florida from 1995 to 2001. After the unexpected death of his staffer, rumors began to swirl about whether he had played a role in her untimely demise. While a medical examiner determined that Klausutis suffered from an abnormal heart rhythm and ultimately hit her head after losing consciousness, many have continued to wonder if there wasn’t foul play involved and if Scarborough may have been having an affair with Klausutis.

The president has repeatedly referenced the incident:
